The California Art League is having their annual open competition, "Summers Past" which will be on 

exhibition at the Blinn House in Pasadena.  The juror for this event is Mr. Michael Zakian, art historian

and curator who has been the director of the Frederick R. Weisman Museum of Art at Pepperdine University since 1995.  

I just received notification that both paintings that I submitted have been accepted:

"Borrego Desert Santa Rosa Mts."   and  "Inyo Mts. from Lake Diaz, Lone Pine"

The Blinn House is a wonderful example of early Pasadena architecture.  I have exhibited there in the

past, and I am most pleased for the privilege  to show there again in the California Art League's, "Summers Past" Exhibition.
