"PIEDRA BLANCA ROSE VALLEY" is about 18 miles above Ojai, and cradles the Upper Sespe Creek. Sespe
Creek ribbons through Rose Valley, and then desends through the Sespe Condor Wildlife Refuge flowing out at Filmore
and into the Santa Clara River basin.

"THE OLSEN FARM HAPPY VALLEY", sets on a very nice rise in the east end of the Happy Valley. I am pretty
sure they grow apples and some grapes.
