This painting's location, "Fish Creek Wash Borrego Desert" is in the Wind Canyon area. It is the wash that
cuts it's way through the canyon that helped to form this very dramatic place in the Borrego Desert.

The location of this painting, "Ventura River Bank at Ojai" is just outside of the little town of Ojai and is part of the Ventura River Preserve. There are numerous trails that go back to some pretty wild back country once you get past a few citrus farms.
